While to date MQR users have required very little in the way of support (because of the reliability and ease of use), we realize that people who do need support usually need it at the most unusual times! Because of that, Support (and Sales) are "on call". That means that while we will strive to answer your call during our normal hours we might not be available. In that case, we will get back to you as soon as we can. We DO return calls in the order they were received unless there is an extreme emergency.
PLEASE do not phone before 7am or after 10pm Central Time.
